The, Manchester Rifles will parade ior inspection and drill on Friday next, full dress. The following order regarding the -painting out of targets at volley and independent firing is published for general -information, and Officers Commanding Districts have been requested to issue instructions accordingly!. In ranges where two or more seta of targetsi are in: portion, volley or in--dependetit firing > is not to be carried out, under any circumstances, until the targets which were last used have been p'aiuted clean, and no firing is to be permitted while auy targets on the range have not been thus dealt with.
