Friday, March 21. i (Before H. W. Brabant, Esq., Judge.) Feuding. • Mr G. C. Hilli Town Clerk, was present, and produced bis authority as valuer. ■ He stated he represented the local body. John Prior, as agent for Malcom Walker, objected that his name was not on the roll. Alteration made as requested Henry Penberthy applied to have the name of Glaus P. Mai : substituted for his. ■ Application granted, . " - ; 6. H. and F. J. Saywell, with respect to section 116, applied thafrtheir names be inserted as occupiers instead of John Bartholomew, junior. The name of George Hart Saywell was inserted on the toll accordingly as asked for. . . : The fourth objection was that of Henry Holland -with respect to section Nos.o and 87, Borough of Feilding,-as being of excessive value. He claimed to have the valuation reduced. With respect to section No. 9 reduced to £7 from jlO, and No. 87 reduced trom £16 to £12 10s; An objection was made by Jens Jensen to being rated for saction 120 and 121 as Anne E. Jensen was the owner, and Messrs Saywell Bros, the occupiers and responsible for. the rates. Alteration made and Messrs Saywells' name inserted. ~
