ffCEVENS; &,QOETON'S STOCK BEEDBT. _ Bulls, January 20. W© had very good entries at Marton on Tuesday, and exceptionally so at Feiiding on Thursday. The attendanoe at both sales was good, and the prices realised were better, especially at Feilding, which was a decided improvement on recent sales. Messrs Lethbridge and Sons' ewes were keenly competed for, and all were ' sold under the hammer at satisfactory rates. Wequotethefollowingprices :— Marton. — Fat cows, £3 Ss; store cows, 38s 6d; 18-month mixed, 17s. Feilding.— -Forward heifers, £2 155; ttore cows, 28s; yearling steers, 20s. Sheep.— Marton. — Wethers, 8s 6d to 8s lid ; ewes, 2 to 6 tooth, 8s lid ; 2. tooth mixed, 8s; full- mouth ewes, 5s to 5s 4d ; woolly lambs, 5s to 6s 2d ; shorn, 3s to 3s 9d.
