I PEE TTNITKD PRESS ASSOCIATION.,! Wellington, February l(j. • In the Divorce Oourt this morning a rule absolute was granted in the following cases: — Seeker v. Seeker, husband's petition ; Mudford v. Mudford, husband's petition ; Longhurst v. Longhurst, wife's petition. In the case of Malcolm v. Maloolm, wife's petition on the grounds of adultery, desertion and cruelty, a decree nisi was grauted. The parties were married in Nelson 1871. This Day. In the Divorce Court, in the case Scale v. Scale, wife's petition for separation on the ground of cruelty and adultery, a a decree nisi was granted with costs. The parties were married in' Christchurch in 1871, and lived latterly on a* sheep run in the Hawke's Bay district.
