The control of the Cheltenham Cross road has been vetted in the Kiwitea Road Board, and we learn from tbe Gazette that a proportion of two-thirds of the actual cost of constructing and maintaining the road shall be borne by the Kiwitea Road Board, and onethird by the Manchester Koad Board
