By Electrio Telegraph. — Copyrigh ( (per united press association.) London, January 25. New Zealand hemp is dull, and prices are irregular. The latest quotations are from £28 15s to £29 The Antwerp wool sales closed at slightly better quotations than those obtained at the close of the last series 3500 bales were sold. All the Aus tralian wool was withdrawn from sale. The Customers authorities have ab andoned the rule requiring that all wool bales be marked, and have reverted to the old method.
