George Thomas and Co. report produce prices as follows : — The Jubilee holidays have quite upset ordinary business and the week has been oue of extreme quietude in grain and breadstuff lines. Values are on a par with last quotations, which we repeat. ■ Prime short oats, 2s o£d to 2s 2d, fair feed, Is lid; oatmeal, £11 H)s"; oaten sheaf chaff, £4 1 0s ; straw do, £2 15s; roller flour, £9 ss; stone process, £8 ss; p< ll.ard, £3 10s; bran £3 5s ; whole fowls' wheat, 3s ; wheatmeal, £8 15s ; mtfize, 3s 6d ; hay, £4; straw, £6 15s; onions, £7; p ttatoes, £3 to £3 10s ; feed barley, 2s 9d; pearl barley, 19s; blue peas, 4s ; split peas, los ; beans, 3s 9d ; cocksfoot grass seed, 2|4 ; rye grass 4s to 4s 6d ; gheese, 3d to 5s ; fresh butter, 8d ; salt do, 7d to 8d for newly potted ; haras and bacon 7£d per 1b ; eggs, 8d per dozen; honey 4d. Poultry has fallen off in supplies, without however, increasing values ; fowls • rule from 2s 6d; ducks, 3s 6d; turkeys, 8s and geese 5s 6d per pair. Since the cessation of the holiday demand, ■ prices for fruit have gone back con siderabiy, plums ruling as low as 3s ; greengages 4s 6d to 5s ; apricots; 8s to 10s; pears, 2s 6d to 4s per half ease ; arid apples, 3s to 6s for full cases.
