Two «mali town sections in Palmerston 423 £• perches each, were sold at £3 per annum each and other prices realised were equally satisfactory. The at the sale was large* and the results attained serve to show the -great increase in the value of lands in this neighbourhood, a result which •must be accepted as gratifying to the •district generally,— Manawatu Times.
