Received January 9, *10 a.m. London, January 8 The Admiralty is about to despatch the Enchantress with sealed orders for the Beabow and Colossus, two powerful irouclads now at Gibraltar. The Portugese papers have adopted a defiant tone. It is asserted the authorities at Quilimane, on the African coast, have forbidden British steamers t-> to receive Consul Johneou's despatches unless they are passed through the Portugese postoifices.
