Falling off in Land Sales
By a telegram received to-day we are informed that there is a great falling off in the land sales for December. We have no hesitation in saying this it? caused entirely by the bungling of the' Minister in charge of the Land Department. In this connection we notice that Ministers art* tiuxious that Sir Harry Atkinson should uot return to the colony until his health is quite restored. Just so. In our opinion Minister? are in no hurry to have the Premier back again, as they will, tybeti he does return, have a long reckoning t6 make with that gentleman.
