Bulls, October 1. i Good entries of cattle came for ward at Feilding on the 26th but only a few sheep. The sale wan spirited and everything was sold. We quote : — 1 Cattle, — Feilding : 1\ to 3-year steers, £2 19/- to £3 6/- ; 2-year steers, £2 4/6 to £2 10/6; 18-months steers, 32/6 to 35/6 ; yearling steers, 20/- to 25/- ; 18-njonths to 3-year heifers. 25/6 good cows, £3 ; thin cows, 30/. Saneon : Fresh cows, £3 to £3 3/- ; cows, 32/- to 33/- ; milk- ■ ers, £2 10/- to £3 12/6. Sheep. — Feilding : Fat shorn wethers, 7/6 ; woolly wethers, 11/10 : hoggets, 8/6. Sansou : Fat shorn ewes, very prime, 8/6 to 8/10 ; woolly hoggets, 9/1 to 10/7; skorn hoggets, 7/4 ; dry ewes, 7/9 ; ewes with larab, 9/8 to l'l/-Three-year draught horses, £11 10/- to £13.
