The Antwerp wool sales will take place between 27th August and 4th September, Seventeen thousand bales of wool have arrived, and 1000 more are on the way. o chides, 3Jd ; cows, 2£d. The English wheat market is dull, the Continental inactive, and the American steady. Australian flour, average 275. Australian wheat, ex warehouse, 40s ; New Zealand, long-berried, 38s 6d ; market quiet. Frozen mutton, 5Jd. There has been no chauge for several days. At auction 500 bales of New Zealand hemp were sold from £22 10s to £28 10s. 11,000 cases of kauri gum have been sold at from 5s to 8s advance. Tallour, medium mutton, 26s 6d ; beef, 24s 6d. The arrivals of wool to date are 215,000 bales; sent forward, 43,000. New Zealand 4 per cent, inscribed stock, 107£ ; market active August 21. New Zealand 4 per cent, inscribed stock, £108 7s 6d. Frozen mutton, prime, s£d per lb.
