The Times-Parnell Commission
London, August 5. The principal witness before the Times-Parnell Commission this week was Michael-Davitt, in the course of whose cross examination several dramatic incidents occurred. In the early part of the cross-examination much interest was excited by Sir Henry James confronting him with a letter that was produced at his trial for treason-felony 20 years ago.
