German beet sugar is quoted in London at 21/6. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company (Limited) have received the following telegram from their London office dated 12th inst : — New Zealand hemp— Medium quality Is worth £28 per ton. Tallow — Market easier. Frozen meat — Market easier. Canterbury .mutton is worth ofd Wellington, s£d. Beef, market quiet; hindquarters, 4f d ; forequarters, 3d. j
