The Vosai&che Zeitung states that Ruesa has ordered four million pairs of boots to be supplied immediately, and is storing provender on the western frontier ; and that General Grourke, Governor of Warsaw, has submitted a scheme for the fortification of the frontier of Poland at a cost of thirty million roubles, which is to bo put in hand at once. The same paper makes a further statement to the effect that Russia intends to increase her a:tiilery. London, June 13 Affairs on the Continent are assuming a serious aspect. In Berlin the officials and press express grave distrust of Kuß6ia, fearing that the Czar has entored upon a new period of activity in re spout to his attitude towards the Balkans. The Continental Bourses are agitated in consequence of his feeling, On impression is abroad that Prince JNikita, of Mentenagro, will be proclaimed Kiug of Serviii in the autumn, and that war may be expected to follow in the spring.
