The inquiry into the bursting of the reservoir at Johnstown concluded today, when a verdict was returned that the accident was caused by criminal negligence of the owners. The lives of the latter were seriously menaced by the mob. A All danger of pestilence breaking l^out is now averted. [^ The amount subscribed in aid of the sufferers is found to be inadequate for pressing wants.
