At the parade of the Manchester Rifles, to be held on Friday next, those members who were presont at the Nelson Encampment will hare their ration money refunded to them.
The Auckland Observer is of opinion the officers should be held responsible for the misbeha\ iour of Volunteers at the local Easter Encampment.
