Poneke Handicap, £ -mile. — Camomile, 1 ; Prudence, 2 ; Akatea, 3. Camomile had the worst of the start, but caught the other pair in the straight, and won rather easily by a neck. Dividend, £1 15s. Hurdles. — Glencoe, 1 ; Armourer, 2 ; Eight Bower, 3. Dividend, 85s. Autumn Handicap. — Sultan, 1 ; Camomile, 2 ; Salisbury, 3. Won comfortably by half a length. Dividend, £2 Bs. Olga had a walk over for the Haok Hurdles. Maiden Hack Race. — Merlin, 1. Dividend, £91 165. Tradeslbn's Handicap. — Prudence, 1 ; Camomile, 2 ; Cyclone, 3. Dividend, £23 11s. This Day. Hurdles. — Right Bower, 1 ; Glencoe, 2 ; Armourer, 3. London, May 1. At the Newmarket First Spring Meeting to day, the race for the Two Thousand Guineas resulted as follows : — Enthusiast, 1 ; Donovan, 2 ; Pioneer, 8.
