We are informed that up to last night none of the stakes won at the Feilding Easter Races had been paid over to the winners. This is most unusual, and not likely to raise the Club in the estimation of the public, who like to see early settlements in racing matters. It is probable the unavoidable absence of the Secretary, who was professionally engaged at the Supreme Court, Wanganui, may explain the anomaly-
