Foreign buyers have taken four-sevenths of the bales offered. : ■ An Australian off coast carge of wheat has been sold at 375. - : The English wheat market is declining ; its tone is weak. The Continental and American markets also show a general decline. New Zealand wh^at (on passage) averages 35s 6d. Forward business is weak at a decline. The arrivals of foreign cargoes are moderate.
