"VTOTICE is hereby given that the J^j Feilding Borough Council intend, at a meeting to be held on the 4th day of April, to make a General Rate of one shilling in the pound upon the value of the rateable property within the Borough, as appearing on the Valuation Roll for the year 1889---90 ; such rate to be for the financial year ending 31st March, 1890, and payable in one sum on the Bth of April.
