From the tenor of a telegram received by Pigott suspicion has arisen that an agent of The Times was privy to his escape. The Standard, referring to the recent disclosures before The Times* Parnell Commission, advocates that the duties of the Commissioners be terminated. Madbid, March 4. After the body of Pigott had been identified the British Ambassador had it interred.
