From stuff obtained from a sideling rock yesterday 4oz were obtained. Parties desirous of seeing this wonderfu ledge had better do so at once, aa the weather is fine. At the Mahakipawa diggings last week the finds were — 3regg and party 250z, one nugget of pure gold weighing lOoz 4dwt, ac other 4oz. another 2oz. Another party 240z ; Intemann and party lOJoz ; Pullman, soz nugget; Reader, Boz. They open a new paddock this week. At the Maori Gorge, Wakamarina, good gold is found on the sideling reef, which dips toward the elbow.
