The Times-Parnell Commission
By Electric Telegraph. — Copyright (PER tfNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.) London, Jai.ttiry 16. The Times-Parnell Commission sat today. Sir R. E. Webster made a, statement as to the course of action. He eaid that the evidence as to the canse and effect of crime in Ireland was nearly concluded. A witness named Jago, a member of the committee of the Killoe branch of the League, swore that he and another murdered a grazier by order of the League, and that they were paid by the League for the murder. He also swore that the Killde branch received money for this purpose from the Central League, Dublin. Received January 17, 12 45 p-m, London, January 16. The Parnell Commission has accepted an apologetic statement from W. O'Brien "in reference to a disparaging article on the Comndissidn in United Ireland*
