Wellington, This Day In the Appeal Court the argument m the will case was resumed by Mr Harper, who contended the weight of evidence showed the document to be testamentary of the disposition of Renata's property to Airini and her kinsfolk to the exclusion of Broughton, and the entire revocation of the former will. He submitted the word " Win" in the document, meant that the old testator's property be willed to Amni and her people. Mr Harper finished this morning and Mr Chapman follows.
