At the Government land sales of the Momohaki Bl ck there were 204 applications f>r 26 sections. The number of applications granted vt as 17, and the area sold was 8778 acres 3 roods. The oapi tal price rnnj;ed from 6s to £1 9s per acre. The capital value was £5353 ss, and the amount deposited by purchasers was £133 16s lOd.
