Fat Cattle — 100 head were to hand, including two cows, and the quality was from prime to medium. Fox and O'Neii's bullocks, 30, were extra heavy, and the best pair topped the market at £10 15s, averaging all round £9 8s; McGregor's lot, 38, were lighter, and averaged £8 Is 6d ; and Manson's 30, 16 of which were unsold averaged £9 ss. We quote prime beef at from 20s to 2 ls per lOOlbs.
Fat Sheep— 3s7 were yarded, of which 262 were sold. As they were all from the West Coast of the North Ireland they were all of fair quality. McGregor's lot of 151 were quitted at 17s lid ; Fox and O'Neii's 86 (heavier weights) at 19s ; and Manson's 25 at 188, the balance of the latter, 95, being withdrawn. Prime mutton today was worth 3£d per lb. FatPigß-74 were to hand, comprising heavy fats down to small stores, and all were sold at an advance on last sales. Extra fats brought as high as £4 15s, and the smallest of the stores were quitted at lis.
