The property originally cost about £2000. The Dalefield Factory on the first year's working has declared a dividend of 10 per cent, to the shareholders, paid £40 into an investment for sinking fund, and given milk suppliers 2£d per gallon, being £d more than they expected. It is intended to start a piggery which, the conveniences of ' the Company's property favor.
