Another Shipping Disaster
By Electric Telegraph. — Copyright LP«SB UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Sydney, July 16. The captain of the ship Frank Stafford, which arrived to-day from New York, reports having passed the W.L. White, a schooner bound from New York to Mexico. The latter vessel was dismasted, and from an examination made it was found that she was timber-laden, and, having suffered severely in a gale, had been abandoned by the crew early in March. There was no sign of the crew.
