Sj^fllectric Telegraph.— Copyright. [ PER TOOTED PRESS ASSOCIATION. | Berlin, July 4. It is expected that the result of the meeting between the Emperor William and the Emperor Francis Joseph, of Austria, will result in an agreement that the Austrian authority shall be paramount in Servia, and Russian in Bulgaria: The date of the meeting has not yet been fixed. July 5. The Emperor William is expected to visit the Czar of Russia about the middle of this month. He will attend a grand review at Krasno Selo. It is believed that the Czar is anxious that an alliance should be entered into between Germany, Eussia, and Eng- , land, which would be a certain guar- j antee of peace in Europe. He dis- < claims any idea of aiming a blow at ! England's supremacy in India, and declares that the rumor of an alliance existing between Russia and France is untrue.
