C Sena era was fined £10 it printing and publishing wrhout an imprint a leaflet entititled " Gaubhng shown to be quite Scriptural. ' C B. Woledge was fined £5 for distributing the same. Dtobdik, June 27. The libel ease agiaiait Loodorf was withdrawn, the Bench being unable to agree. The charge of murder against Mrs Williams, of Cromwell, has been dismissed.
