"Sweet are the Uses of Advertising"
L? anything were yet needed to prove the wonderful utility of advertising it would certainly be found in the case of that little paragraph warning people against New Zealand butter, which -appeared in a Tasmanian journal dated June 2nd. No doubt the miserable man who inserted it had no idea that it would achieve such fame And unenviable notoriety, yet in less than three weeks it was being commented on — almost simultaneously — ■ by at least a score of New Zealand papers, and was deemed of such importance that the Premier of New Zealand telegraphed to the Premier of Tasmania for. an explanation.
