Later. — TLe worst is feared for the Emperor, and it is reported that he te dead. The Royal visit to Ascot Eaces has been abandoned owing to the serious relapse of the German Emperor. June 13. Emperor is unable to swallow food, which has to be injected. He is reported to be sinking. Prince William starts immediately for Potsdam. The Emperor is suffering attacks of choking caused by the epiglottis becoming permeable, and thus permitting liquids to enter the windpipe.
