The Government have instructed the French Minister at Vienna to interview Count Kalnoky with reference to the recent utterances of Herr Tisza, who warned the Hungarians not to exhibit at the Paris Expedition. Berlin, May 30. The Norde Deutsche Zeitung says it is to be hoped that the French Government will resort to reprisals in connection with the stringency of the German passport regulations, and prohibit the Germans crossing the frontier without passports. London, May 30. It is reported that the French flag has been hoisted at Maitre Isle, a Jersey dependency. Vienna, May 30. Count Kalnoky has assured the French Minister that Herr Tisza did not inteud to offend the French people when warning Hungarians against exhibiting at the Paris Exhibition.
