Herr Tisza advised the Hungarians to refrain from exhibiting at Paris, because, if political troubles ensued, it was possible that their goods might be damaged, and the nation insulted. Paeis, April 28. The recent warning given by Herr Tisza against the Hungarians exhib* iting at the Paris Exhibition is greatly exciting the French people.
