A new advertisement from Mr Reteme} r er is held over until our next issue. Additions are made to-day to the list of entries for Messrs Stevens and Gorton's sale on Thursday. Fresh tenders are invited by the District Engineer for the A wapurua contract, Wellington -Woodville railway. The Rev. H. M. Murray will hold service in the Mangaone school to-mon-ow evening at half-past seven o'clock. Notice is given to-day that the annual meeting of ratepayers of the Manchester Koad District will be held in the Foresters' Hall on Saturday the oth prox. Notice is given to-da} r to ratepayers in the Kiwitea Road District that all rates unpaid by the Bth day of May will be cued for without further notice. Mr John Taylor, of the Model Shoeing Forge, has a new advertisement to-day in which he informs the public he is prepared to put steel shoes where required. Tenders are invited for the erection of a school at Birmingham (Fowler's). ; Plans and specifications may be seen at ! the ffice of Mr E.
