Inconsequence of the number of disorderly scenes in the Legislative Assembly recently, the Government hare cabled to the English Government for a copy of the Procedure Rules adopted by the House of Commons with a view to proposing the adoption here of such of the nen rules as may be suitable to tie circumstances ot a colonial legislature. There have been over sixty incidents of a disorderly character this session.

Information to hand from New Guinea states that the German Company has spent over a quarter of a million in exploring the country.
