FREEMAN R. JACKSON & CO.'S STOCK REPORT. Wellington, Marcli 8. Messrs Freeman R. Jackson and Co., Johnsonville, report : — At the yards to* day beef came forward in usual supply. The bidding was dull, some of the cattle being passed in. We, however, disposed of a fair proportion of the unfold bullocks afterward. Beef made 12s 6d to 13s 6d the lOOlbs, according to quality. Sheep wers for the most part short of weight, a number going to graziers. Pigs maintain late rates ; sold freely. We offered some light and medium draughts, but they were not in demand. Beef — Best bullocks, £5 5s to to 12s 6d, averaging £'6 9s 6d ; other lints avrr.iged £5 5s to £5 4s. Sheep - Ewes and Aethers, mixed, 7s 6d to 7s 9d ; store w.-lhers, 4s 6d to 4* 7d ; ewes, 4s 2d to 4 lid ; shorn lambs, 48 6d to 5s id. Porkers, 23s 6d ; medium, 15s 6d ; small pi^s, 2s 6d to ss ; stores. 10s 6d to 15s.
