Count Herbert Von Bismarck, German Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, at present on a visit to England, will interview Lord Salisbury to-morrow. It is understood Count Ton Bismarck's mission to England is to induce the British Government Ito favorably consider the Russian proposals in reference to Bulgaria. It is probable Prince Ferdinand will probably withdraw. The Eight Hon. Mr Goschen, Chancellor of the Exchequer, will deliver his Budget speech on the 15th of March. It is expected that he will be able to show a surplus of over three millions. Mr Gilhooly, M.P. for Cork West, was to-day sentenced to 2 month's imprisonment on a charge of inciting to riot. San Eemo, March 7. Bulletin just issued states that the condition of the Crown Prince is satisfactory, excepting the larynz, which has not improved. Professor Waldemar, who has just concluded a careful microscopical examination of the expectoration from the throat of the Crown Prince, differs from Professor Kanamal, the Strasburg Specialist, and he declares the expectoration is free from any cancerous indications. Missowah, March 7. The Abyssinians threaten a simultaneous attack on all Italian positions. St. Petebsbubg, March 7. Prince Nicholas, of Leuchterbirg, will probably be the Czar's nominee as ruler of Bulgaria. Washington, March 7. An important treaty has just been signed by the Hon. T. J3ayard, Secretary of State, on behalf of the United States, and Chang Yew Horn, Minister of China, on behalf of his Government, forbidding Chinese laborers in the United States. Wellington, This Day. The Government have received a cable from the Agent-General stating that about 50 applications have been received for the Chief Comnussionership of Bailways. Parliament will meet about the first week in May, and Ministers are now engaged in draftiag bills for introduction.
