To morrow's Land Sale
attention has been directed to the land at Manukau and Ohau to be sold to-morrow, the 17th inst., at Wellington, by Messrs T. Kennedy Macdonald and Co. on behalf of the Wellington and Manawatu Railway Company. The block comprises five thousand five hundred acres at Manukau and Ohau, sub-divided into sections from 76 acres and'upwards. Considerable improvements on the adjoining land have already been carried out, and should add very considerably to the Talue of the land now to be offered. The terms of sale are also very easy, and should meet the views of a large class of intending buyers. Lithographed plans, with full information, may be obtained at our publishing office.
