Manchester Rifles
I. The following are the handicaps for Captain Maearthur's prizes, to be fired for at the Butta on Saturday next to commence in the afternoon at one o'clock sharp. The prizes are— Highest aggregate score, £2 10s ; second aggregate score, £l 10s; third aggregate score, £1 ; ties to, be decided according to the Regulations. There will be five shots at each range of 200, 300, and 500 yards :— " Col.-Sergt. . Bilderbeck, Sergts. Evans . and Eoe, Corpls. Henson and Chamber-; lain, Yolß. Bray,. Humphries, Poad, Eeid, Bose, and Stevens, scratch; (porp. N Gosling, Yols. Bennett, Porthouse, md Bobinson, 2 points';' Oofp. Fowles, Yols. J. Belfit and Thompson, 3 points ; Sergt. Askworth,' Yols. OorkeryV Daw', J. Henson, Johnson, McLeod, Patterson, R. D. and^J/ H. Wursfold,' 4 'points ;i Yols. Bailey, Caldwell, Cowan, Little, Milson, Smith, A. Stewart, Trevena, and Turner, 6, ...points; Yols. ML Belfit and Summers, 8 points.
