Important Sale of Land
The n'eit sale of ! the Manawatu?-!W'el-lington Eailway Company's lands will be held by .Messrs Ti Ketinisdy Macdonialdi and Co. on Friday, the,'l7.th Eebruary, at 1 o'clock, at their rooms, Manners street, Wellington^ iDetoils of the lands appear in another column". Ii will be 'seen that the block to be Sold comprises some five thousand five hunrded acres of agricultural and pastoral land situated between tne Manakau and Ohou railway stations. The terms of the sale, the same as offered on _ previous occasions, are ten percent, cash, and the balance in seven, years at five per cent. Special facilities are offered to those wishing to inspect the land, details of whiuh and tf;hographed plans may be obtained at the office' of this paper, or from the auctioneers, Messrs T. K. Macdonald and Cc, We'haglon.
