Feilding Jockey Club

A meeting of Stewards of the above was held at Hastie's Feilding Hotel on Saturday evening. There was a good attendance. The Secretary read the balance sheet, which showed fa credit balance of upwards of £100. After some routine business had been gone through it was decided to hold the next annual general meeting at the Denbigh Hotel next Saturday night at eight o'clock. The names of several gentlemen- were given in to the Secretary, to be proposed for election on that occasion, when we hope those new settlers in the district who haVe arrived during the past year, and who are supporters of genuine racing, will send in their names at the same time. The annual subscription is one guinea.
