Tea at Mangaone

. ' , ■■■ r- ♦ ; ■ (CoMMTOHCATRD.) On Friday evening last, a very successful soiree took place in the Manjjaone School-house, in connection with the Primitive Methodist Church. The scholars attending Sunday School were, admitted free, and, fully sixty youngsters availed themselves of the invitation given, and soon showed their appreciation of a good tea, by rapidly clearing the tables of the good things provided. A good number of adults also sat down to tea, and the friends were kept busy attending to their wants. Mr Daw's four-in-hand brought out the Feilding Choir, who supplied the evening's, entertainment by rendering the Service of Song entitled " Her Benny." The building was crowded to, the doors, and all seemed to thoroughly enjoy them-, selves. The children will not soon forget the treat accorded them.
