It will be seen from our advertising columns that . the next sale of the Wellington and Manawatu Railway Company lands will be held on Friday, the 13th May. The sale will be conducted by Messrs T. Kennedy Macdonald and Co., the well-known auctioneers of Wellington, who announce that the some Jliberal terms which characterised the last sale will be given to purchasers at the present gale—a deposit of TO per cent, cash, and the balance to remain if desired for' 7 years at 5 per cent, interest.
