It is expected that Parliament, with a view to adjust the revenue, will imniemediately deal with the following" sub* jects:— The thorough re-organisation of the system of leasing of Crown lands and of pastoral runs on th<> expiratiou *f present leases ; the appointment of boards controlling the Civil Service and the railways. It is expected that the revenue from the present land and income taxes will be increased by the abolishing of exemption. ,M elboobne, April 26. Lady Loch's proposal that a Jubilee Fund U> formed for ihe relief of women in distress in the colonies i* generally approved. Sir William Robinson, Guveruor of South Australia, has opened a fund for that purpose, and Sir Anthony Musgrare, Governor of Queensland, has promised a co-operation. . Her Majesty's troopship Tyne, bound for Sydney with relief crews, has byeu, sighted off Wilson's Promontory, flying a flag showing she is disable<l. She has apparently been in collision with a rock or. wrei-kajje. Her Majesty's; surveying .vessel Myrmidon is in attendance, and there appears to be no immediate danger to the Tyne. ;
