(PEB UNITED PIIKSS ASSOCIATION.) Auckland, April 7. In the case of the Auckland solicitor (Forwood), alleged to have defrauded a native chief of £850 due to him on account of a land transaction, the Premier has departed from his usual course, and instructed Sergeant Thompson to take out extradition papers, and take the necessary steps for Forwood's arrest, to answer the serious accusations made against him.
