THE PROGKAMVIE. [PEE UNITED PKKSS ASSOCIATION.! Nkw Plymouth. April 6. Major General Whittnore h«s arrived for the Easter Enc mpment. He rode o«t to the camp with Colonel St.ipp, andinspected the site. The Alexandra Cavalry, now at the camp, arc doing drill, prior to the encampment, and were inspected by Major-General. The proa gramme for the encampment is as follows: On Friday the men will arrive before 1 p.m , and. the dav will be occupied in getting their tents in order; Saturday drill; Sunday, e.iurcii pwai'e; Mond-iy, review and shun fijht ; Tuesday men re t urn home. Ihe Hinetnoa and* Stella will brins; the "West Go;ist, Nelson, Pictoa, jnd Blenheim contingents ta the breakwater, and trains from South will bring the .» apier, VVaior i. Bulls, Heretaunga. Wellington, and Wawjanui men. The weather is fine. A good reception will be given to the men. Wellington. This Day. 600 Volunteers leave Wellington tenight for the encampment at New Ply* nieuth. •
