The Irish citizens of Melbourne presented an address to the Earl of Aberdeen and an album of Victorian views to the Countess at the town Hall today. The Mayor of Melbeurne presided. In replying to the address, Lord Aberdeen declared his steadfast adherence to Home Eule for Ireland, and his conviction that it would ensure peace in Ireland and the maintenance of the integrity of the Empire.
