Revolution in Russia
By Electric Telegraph.— Copyright fKEUTKB'B TKLKGBAMS.I London, April 3. Three hundred Eussian officers, suspected of Nihilism, have been arrested and 20 shot. The spirit of revolution is active and widespread. A large number of officers were implicated m the last attempt on the Czar. Daring attempts to murder prominent Bulgarian officials are reported. Russian agents are suspected. Russia refuses to send exhibits to the proposed Paris Exposition.
